Erica has worked as an English teacher in Brazil for more than twenty years preparing hundreds of students not only to communicate in the English language in general, but also to take proficiency and scored-based tests. What she really enjoys doing is teaching adults. She strongly believes that adult students learn better when they are in the center of their own learning process and exposed to practical and contextualized content. She has a BA in English and Portuguese, an MBA, and English proficiency certification from Michigan University.
